The investor of this project was Kopernikus limited liability company, part of Mielno Holding Firmus Group.
Finansing was provided by Bank PKO BP SA, general constructor was AMB Group.
All apartments were sold long before handing over the building, mainly among people looking for their second home and some thinking of professional renting.
